      Easy Interview and Immediate job offer which will be tempting.

      Cons

      CEO gets involved in all the activities, he will not let you do your business. Other scrappy people in office doing politics. Groupism. Hire and Fire Policy. They have set expectations which only a computer can do, not a human being. more than 70% of the employees are fired within 2-4 months. Last month fired 5 people who joined before 2 months

      Here by I truly appreciate Mohit and Teena for the quick turn around in regards to communication with the employee, appreciate the restless effort in onboarding the employee and building the entrust in the employee. Compared to many staffing and consulting firm, you guys stand out uniquely with respect to the knowledge about immigration, taking responsibility and making employee to believe and build trust with the organization. I wish you good luck to you and your company.
