Commission pay. Deal with consultations. Manage the department. Customers. Teammates.

Health insurance. Vacation time.

Very constructive. Upper management is very personable and provides great advice. The people are nice. It's like working on a team. I enjoyed working for the company.

There aren't many downsides. I didn't like working with the other manager in my location at all. Some of our trainers pay got messed up and they didn't distribute their money in a timely fashion.
