      Nice teams, good atmosphere, different everyday

      Cons

      They pay you as a fitness instructor then deduct this from your rent as a personal trainer. Not all personal trainers have the same opportunities with classes or times in the gym

      Pros

      The only “good” thing is the small percentage of new equipment and that some gyms are 24 hours.

      Cons

      Management is unfair, cutting hours and expecting a single worker to handle the entire gym. Incredible staff are undervalued, while third-party cleaners and side services pretend to solve problems they don’t. Members are chaotic, shifts are impossible, and yet leadership refuses to hire properly. Think smarter, not cheaper.
