Cons
The client didn't provide: Onboarding and knowledge transfer were quite challenging due to the absence of proper project documentation. Upon deployment to the client site, no formal knowledge transfer sessions were conducted, and I was expected to start working on tasks immediately without sufficient context or guidance.
