Parking is free, cold and hot water are free, some biscuits are available.

Cons

1. Not being honest and transparent 2. They will just removed people that they dont like and after they have all the knowledge or things done from that people (this happens in the entire office not just 1 more than 15 people) 3. All of the management are not clear of the direction and cannot come to an agreement . 4. HR is not helpful. 5. Legal will do all the work to remove people. 6. People that really dont do their work and managements are aware of it so as the leaders but they are still there just because they are somebody or related to. 7. Bonus and increment is not for everyone. They will say is up to performance but its actually up to the management 8. AL is prorate yet you will require to take force leave on Chinese new year 9. Staff discount entitlement for staff to send their kids to the kindergarten is only to certain qdees, and it is pay and claim basis. And special entitlement for their favourite or certain staff. 10. The claim took ages to received. 11. The work facilities provided is not up to a par as how fast they want the work to be done. For example the computer, the wifi, the printer and photocopy machine 12. Even stationery request for months still did not received 13. Management will like to do frequent meeting and every meeting will have changes and they will expect you do it and present on the next meeting 14. Working after hours will be needed. 15. You will require to do the task that is not even in your jobscope or adhoc task. 16. As for Medical you will have inpatient medical card but for outpatient it will be pay and claim basis. The amount will be just about for 4 times Dr visit. To claim you need to have prescriptions without it you cant claim. 17. They dont accept new idea and stuck with all fashioned ways 18. They will blame you for giving opinion and for not giving opinion 19. They call their teacher not brilliant 20. They refuse to hire people with experience because people with experience will demand high salary. 21. They love to keep all incompetent people and you will have to deal with all these people to make your project work 22. You will be bombarded from all department. They are not being cooperative. 23. Cannot trust anyone in the company. They are all backstabbing 24. Manager does not know how to manage the manpower and timeline. Manager does not know how to to their work 25. Manager always take credit for their staff effort. 26. Plans are always changing and unrealistic expectations for deadlines. Need to adapt quickly. 27. Most of discussion did not reach consensus for every reviewer. This person wants this, and this person wants that.  28. All projects and processes are poorly managed. Very poor management. 29. BIAS only gives benefits to favourite people. Despite the fact that the person had very bad working discipline, as long as you are a favourite person to them, you are safe no matter what you do. 30. Sweet talk during interview and promise so many things. But none of the promise is being kept. 31. Netflix, nintendo switch?… do you think you can watch and play with it. If talking wilth your colleagues and holding phone is not allowed. WORST PLACE. SCAM

Pros

Review: The work-life balance here is relatively reasonable, which is a positive. However, the overall company culture needs significant improvement.
