Average Job - Senior Auditor QTS Employee Review

QTS has an incredible company culture and is overall a very good place to work. My previous employer was very toxic, and I have never felt anything close to that level of toxicity since I started working here.

While the work environment is good, QTS pays less than the average data center company for the same role. Also, the shift teams are smaller than most other data center companies, so there is a greater amount of work per person. However, that does make the job feel more secure, as each person on the team is more valuable

Thoughts and ideas are taken in and actually used for improvements.

Pay is not as highly competitive as some of the other big DC companies, but the culture counteracts this.
