Pros

Cons
Please take the following (previous and future) positive reviews here with a grain of salt. A very, very big grain of salt. These reviews are all part of a “mandatory” routine since this organization lost over 4 employees within the span of 2 weeks as of last year, and continue to lose more every month. There have been an extreme amount of (unreported) unprofessional incidents that have been done by the superiors. Although, I cannot speak on behalf of all departments, you might definitely want to run - not walk - away when you’re presented with an “opportunity” to work in the content management department. You will experience an unbelievable workload which no amount of compensation will ever be enough for, burnout every other hour, and have your (physical/mental) health concerns greeted with anger from your supervisors. Management does nothing but turn a blind eye or even enable terror tactics to maintain or “improve” your performance as they see fit to reach or exceed quota. If you think about contacting HR, don’t bother since they’re one and only HR point person disappeared this January 2020. To whoever is considering going here, I genuinely hope and pray you could understand the dire situation of the employees in this department. Everyone is held against their will because management has gone as far as to fire anyone who wishes to tender resignation and tarnish everyone’s reputation. They are harsh. Stay away. Everyone who has given a good rating is either oblivious to what’s going on outside their little bubble or pressured by management so that they don’t get slapped with a suspension.
