Pros
Best place for semiconductor design and wireless innovation. Healthcare plan is good. Vacations are 3 weeks a year starting, and increase post 5 years. Good 401K plan, good facilities on site.
Cons
Certain departments, like mine, are partial to specific employees and are underpaid and unfair. Promotions and awards are given to those who are friends with a manager outside of work, without any bearing or relation to professional performance. Salaries are low for the area. Some facilities, like the hospital, are not useful since there is a long wait time, which kills the original intent of the service.
