To start the CEO is amazing & actions show he cares about his employees, company culture & bottom line. Had I had the option to solely report and work for him, I would have stayed. However he is oblivious to the gross & unpalatable white underbelly of this company. Meaning, in regards to the corporate hazing, passive-aggressive treatment that is spewed from team members & members of management from various departments has resulted in record high turnovers, including my departure. I personally have witnessed & experienced the corporate hazing which is very much apart of the company culture. Specifically management from risk, accounting, and deployment are contributors. Clean house, and the result will be more employees with tenure.
