Flexible employment, blue chip clients. Range of assignments and opportunity to work in other locations internationally. Respectable pay if up-time remains high.
Cons
Pretending to be consultants when they are only filling operational roles. Poor client - consultant communication. Only interested in maintaining client relationship - don't expect support if things get difficult. Pay does not reflect consulting - so downtime will eat into overall earnings. Don't expect them to bring any intellectual capital or methodology to the table - its all you.
