Thank you for your review. It’s always helpful to hear from our team members. We're so glad to hear that you appreciate the flexibility in how we work and that you feel supported by our leaders. We agree that stronger interpersonal relationships are vital to a thriving workplace. We are planning regular team-building activities—both virtual and in-person—to foster connection and collaboration. Additionally, we invite you to join events that others in our Australia office signed up for together like the "Around the Bay" biking event and "One Foot Forward". We were touched to see how TeamRLD members donated to charities that are close to their coworkers' hearts.

Pros

Work that directly contributes to safer care and better patient outcomes. Strong sense of purpose—you can see how what you do impacts real people. Passionate, mission-driven colleagues across the organization. Opportunity to shape how we support healthcare systems at a critical time. Growing commitment to aligning with customer realities and reducing complexity.

Cons

Pace of change is high and can create ambiguity at times. Processes, internal alignment, and ways of working are still evolving. Requires proactive communication and ownership to navigate effectively.

Pros

Good team, lots of experienced/smart and helpful folks.

Cons

Pay has fallen way behind market, and constant promises to fix it have gone nowhere for over a year and a half. Promotion raises and new hires means there's serious pay-inequality for folks who made the company so successful in the first place. Parent company (RLDatix) is pushing a ton of major changes and hiring.
