Has potential. Mostly compentent field people. Cool technology, if not a little dated. A good starter company, plenty of examples of what not to do. Good introduction to the nuclear industry people.

Managers are lacking BASIC management skills. Company wide awareness of specific difficult employees, yet failed to address morale harm caused by same. Customers noting behavior of same employees. Not healthy for married people or couples in relationships. Six months out of a year on the road working 12 on 12 off shifts for months at a time. Strong aversion to not invented here. A lot of "because I said so" style of "leadership". Poor documentation records.
