Pros

Hybrid Working 3 days wfh, 2 in the office Nice Office 1 week notice when on probation so can exit asap

Cons

Been there over a month and have had one 5 minute 1-1 with my Line Manager. Just been left to it with sporadic "training" by one poor person who's just been left to help me No idea what i'm doing 90% of the time just been neglected completely and then given unrealistic targets Spend more of my time covering for other people and working on their accounts Pay isn't great

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re truly sorry to hear about your experience so far, as this is not the standard, we aim to provide for any of our team members. Your comments about limited training, lack of support, and unclear expectations are concerning, and we take them seriously. We want every colleague to feel equipped and supported in their role. We’re reviewing our onboarding and training processes to ensure they provide the right guidance and resources from day one. Additionally, we’re reinforcing the importance of regular one-to-one meetings and clear communication of objectives with managers. If you’re open to it, we’d really appreciate the opportunity to speak with you directly and understand more about your experience so we can address these issues promptly. Please reach out to HR or your manager so we can work together to provide the support and development you need. Thank you again for your feedback—it helps us improve and create a better workplace for everyone.

Ageism, classism, colorism, everything that discrimination would be against. No opportunity to grow or use education benefits.
