Employees are given opportunities to learn and grow. Since the company is still considered a start-up, you are given opportunities to wear many hats and to learn new things that you wouldn't be able to do at other companies. The people here do give their all to "conquer cancer" and this company does truly have some wonderful employees that have been here for numerous years.

All companies have issues but it just depends on the type of issue you are willing to deal with. Can work be overwhelming at times, yes. Can priorities change constantly and you have to adjust to that, absolutely! There are worse companies that treat employees WAY WORSE and can care less. I have been at those companies and wish to never go back.

The technology that is Alluminox has the capacity to help to so many people; it just isn't in the right hands.

Every tier of management with very rare exception simply does not know what they are doing and confuse chaos for progress. There is high turnover, and the toxicity is through the roof.
