      Pros

      Decent pay for my area. Great initial training. Worldwide = opportunities internationally. Great at selling the position to potential candidates.

      Cons

      Clueless upper management. Two person office = you do everything and manager = not so much. Can you really be that oblivious? Do you even look at the reports that show that an employee is doing everything or do you really just view overall branch activity and take for granted that your branch manager is involved. FYI-Not the best idea. It's not the case...most of the time!

      time off accrual was slow, once the contract ends, you're kind of out of luck

      Pros

      My manager was super supportive, kind, and a great leader. Working from home allowed me next level flexibility and incentivized me to work harder. Always got shoutouts in meeting for good performance.

      Cons

      Pay is a little low to begin with and you don't get paid for holidays in your probationary period.
