In regards to overtime, we provide a flexible work culture and always are mindful of employee wellness. There can be scenarios where you stretch or work beyond your working hours however those hours can easily be compensated with a compensatory off.       A fantastic group of people. Employee get togethers are fun.

      Cons

      Salaries could be higher but the benefits are good and hours are fair.

      Pros

      Strong network of dedicated travel professionals at the IC and Mid-Level pushing to succeed despite senior leadership challenges at the very top. Good Work/Life Balance and benefits. Strong Parent Company

      Cons

      Adara's most senior leader lacks support from people across different departments within the organization, and many are very frustrated. Seems to value compliance over innovation. Appears to prevent genuine feedback from reaching RateGain leadership by controlling the narrative in their own favor. Many are vocalizing their complaints in private channels wondering how much longer this can go on. Feels close to breaking point.
