Pros

Beautiful office location. Some colleagues were supportive and friendly.

Cons

I relocated internationally and left a secure role to join this company, only to be fired six weeks later during my probation. I received no prior warnings, no constructive feedback, and no opportunity to improve or adjust. I was told my performance was “not bad,” but that they had decided they needed “a different profile.” The decision came suddenly and without any notice, despite the major life change I had made to be there. The expectations were also out of touch. There were unnrealistic deadlines and little support. Managers seemed disconnected from the actual time and effort needed to complete the tasks.

Pros

- You work with great people who are willing to help you when you ask - The product is decent - Nice little office in downtown Manhattan

Cons

- New York office feels like a startup compared to Spain HQ - Onboarding material is outdated - Everyone on your team is probably getting paid something differently, even though everyone is doing the same job - Terrible follow-up when teams ask for help (especially with things that are needed to do the job) - Upper management will change things every week & not follow up like promised to see how things are - They had a head start on financial AI research & yet their product is nowhere near as good as competitors - NO SEVERANCE when you're laid off
