      Pros

      Great space to be in when market is good. Great tech problems to solve at this scale and complexity. Well known brand.

      Cons

      No vision. Being number one is not a vision, strategy or mission. No one believes we can be number one. And all we hear about is what number three is doing.

      Great managers and mentor Weekly meetings with VPs Autonomy and ownership of projects Only 1-2 interns per organization

      Lowest pay out of all of the interns Team is largely remote Unlikely to get a return offer
