      Pros

      Great company to gain experience and a fancy job title at.

      Cons

      This company will fire you without warning over trivial reasons. They do not have a system of written write ups that they actually use. You should still look for and accept other job offers in your first 90 days of employment while you are on "probation". Management plays favorites and they will mislead you telling you that you are doing a great job when you are not. Only about 10% employees stay longer than 1 year, and this should be a red flag.

      Pros

      The office atmosphere is comfortable and relaxed with lots of natural light, exposed brick and cool artwork. The owner is great and checks in with staff daily. I have enjoyed working here for 2 years and look forward to the future here. We have parties to celebrate birthdays, anniversaries and holidays, and management treats us to lunch occasionally. My coworkers are hardworking , supportive and fun to be around.

      Our sites are scattered so it can be difficult to get out of the office to visit properties.
