work for a "cool" company???

You get paid maybe 60 percent of what you deserve. Base is 30k. Rest is on you!!!! On your volume, hitting your goals or they throw it in your face, no pay!!!!! Some DSM's are great, most are lazy and sit around all day joking, instead of calling your big accounts ( they will tell you they call) but you end up doing all the work, they take credit...DONT BE FOOLED!!
