    Needs to mature its current portfolio of products and make them more enterprise ready. Although they are the largest Open Source company in the world, they are still needing to mature their core products.

    - Laughable middle management and very poor pay as a result of the ability to attract dogmatic and mission-focused staff. - High churn of the more modern (aka less dogmatic) talent. - Pretty terrible design, UX, product management, etc teams given the state of open source overall.     Invest in better design and UX talent and try to stem the churn of people moving to Google and Amazon due to the low pay and ridiculously untrained and awkward middle managers.
