Unpleasant work environment - Anonymous employee Redbrick Mill Employee Review

Toxic work place, gossip is rife. Favoritism of certain concessions Redbrick managing director and management team are passive aggressive and on a power trip, shame as actual owners are lovely. A lot of toxicity across the mill and vendors. Negativity breeds negativity but it is one set of rules and expectations for one person and another if they don't like you. Have to clean up after customers dogs and kids if they urinate or defecate which is a regular occurance.
