1.You'll understand the definition of bad work culture 2.Working in this company helps you to understand how a company should not operate. 3. You'll realize how much fancy words can affect your future career 4. Its useful for future management employee to write organizational chart because here every week your designations change and hierarchy changes. They say levels and hierarchy is just words. Really!!!!!!!!!! 5.You'll understand how to work for Organisation than for working for so called CEO. any way HR is just for role sake and name sake. 6.You'll understand how not to have HR policies like RELGO has. when i was working i never knew hr policies do exist here.

1.Pillar of organisation a HR is just for name sake. She knows nothing about HR department. Such a dumb she is. Doesn't even know how to draft a mail. out of 50 employees 49 employees doesn't have offer letter. Because Hr doesn't know how to draft a offer letter. 2. Such bad Salary structure. Date 01 to 15 salary you'll get on 28th or next month date. remaining amount you'll never know when you'll receive. I really pity whom so ever still works here. 3.There is no discussion with HR during Interview time. No documents been collected, no ID cards provided, no Induction, no proper communication, no proper training. Literally nothing you get here. 4. You get consistently Di-motivation, humiliation. literally yourself you feel you are useless on this earth working here. 5. Management treats (Management- meant only 2 person in this organisation are very very very important, so called decision makers(each for each building) employees like slaves. 6. Its worst place to work for both fresher and experienced. 7. Employee will totally forget what he is capable of doing. 8.Even if you work hard/smart doesn't matter and fail to impress these 2 antique humans you are spot terminated. 9. worst ever place i have worked so far. 10. Worst ever working culture i have been experienced so far. I am damn sure i'll never ever experience in any other organisation. 11. here server and application will never work properly and you get to blame on same. 12. ERP like HR , accounts, CRM and others never worked properly. they suck blood of automation team for nothing on this. In-spite of not giving any KT or training they expected to do magic on applications. 13. No proper communication between teams. 1 decision maker favours developer and other decision maker supports dev ops and automation dev team. then whom to complaint. 14. Just to show off they hired MBA graduates on campus. Now no work no salary simply killing time I do not understand how did Relgo got 3 starts in Glassdoor. I wish Glassdoor could provide zero stars. Please do not fall for fancy words and salary(which they never pay you)
