      Excellent brand and learning curve, visionary top management

      Cons

      No connection between top management and small offices - company policy rampantly disregarded in small offices. Lot of favoritism for unexplained reasons and shockingly incompetent people. Lot of fishy affairs not traced by head offices and HR.

      Renault provides excellent technical training and encourages employees to take ownership of their development. Resources for upskilling, especially in new technologies, are readily available.

      Cons

      As with any large, established automotive corporation, decision-making can be slow and sometimes bureaucratic. Getting approval or consensus across the different global divisions can take time.
