      Good salary Good family run (less so recently)

      Bad hours Little Recognition Terrible treatment of LGBT+ & Also mental Health. Boasts about its companies review after doing it twice to get a result they wished.

      Hours where fair. Overtime is offered, not really pushed. Pay is great.

      The people, building rapport with customers is fun, location, onsite amenities

      Cons

      everything else, no job security, when they bring on new people they fire half the current team. 4 people from my training team of 20 are still there everyone else quit or got fired. VERY cliquey very gossipy
