It is a well lit plant

The management team doesn't have any experience in management. Production manager doesn't know anything about what we do at our company. Maintenance manager doesn't know anything about actual maintenance or leadership. He won't stay in his lane and thinks that he should make sure that all the other managers are doing their job according to him. But it's hard to lead from an office chair. Quality and engineering think it would better to reinvent the wheel than to just use actual science and math to prove out a good working machine and the automation and design engineers aren't even actual engineers. They just blow smoke up the owners' ..... and somehow convince them that they can actually help the company. It's seriously embarrassing. Not to be immature but clowns is the best thing to describe them as.
