Pros

This is a completely collaborative environment with a very flat reporting structure. The people are smart, kind, and funny. It's a great place to come to work everyday, and there's always someone to learn from and something new to explore and understand because the science is very sophisticated. Great team that handled the COVID-19 mayhem in stride.

Cons

We need more rockstars to add to our already impressive team.

Pros

There really aren't enough positive things to say about working at Resolute. Just to name a few: - The entire team is incredibly welcoming and warm. They frequently hold welcome dinners when new employees are on-boarded. The feeling of camaraderie is real. - The management team takes great pride in bringing diverse perspectives to the table, hiring employees from all types of academic and demographic backgrounds. - The tech team is incredible - some of the brightest minds that I've interacted with to date. Their ability to quickly engineer and reengineer around client needs and new problems is incredible. - The management team understands and respects when time constraints come up. While they're focused on building a rocket ship business (which this appears to be, based on the sales' folks success!), they're very human in their approach to relationships and expectations. - You won't find many startups that allow you to work with such hyper-motivated and talented people

Cons

There aren't many cons to discuss. The only real con is there are two different products being sold in parallel right now, and the newer product has yet to be fully proven from a sales motion perspective.
