Pros

People were very friendly Good hourly pay for intern level Autonomy to change processes that needed to be changed Great location

Cons

Seemed to have a lot of recent grads as full-time employees. They worked long hours for probably adequate pay. Is a growing company but with a small number of employees and no defined sales/marketing processes. Needs to hire more people with a strong background in that area.

Pros

Early exposure to a very impressive client list. Lots of opportunity and responsibility early on in career. Fun work environment with very capable and driven people. You can advance quickly through good performance. Definitely a meritocracy - hierarchy doesn't really matter. A good place to learn very valuable skills or to grow a career.

Cons

Limited amount of official training, so much of learning is done on the job. Still has a start up feel at times, so things can occasionally be disorganized. Not the place for someone who wants to be told exactly what to do all day.
