Bang-tidy Business! - Head of Marketing Revive.Digital Employee Review

I've worked at Revive.Digital just over a year now and I can honestly say, this was the job role I always wished for. I had a bad experience working at an agency straight out of university, which knocked my confidence a lot, but being here has gradually built me back up to being myself again. I always wanted to work close to home, in a tight-knit agency, where the team are close and work together and that's exactly what I've got! I have a talented team around me, from my manager to my peers. All inspiring me and pushing me forward, to want to work harder for Revive to be the best it can be.

Of course, there are ups and downs in any job, but there has not been one problem where I don't feel able to address with my manager or boss. If an issue arises, I feel comfortable enough to talk to about it, so for now, no cons here.

Fun and caring managing director. Great team and some long time excellent employees like Jamie, James and Mandy. Long term employees show how great a company can be. Having a company whos staff have been around less than a year is worrying. The Managing Director Phil was more than happy to assist me with college and gain extra qualifications.

Well the old office wasnt very pretty but rumour has it they've got a shiny new office now, so i guess thats not really a con. Actually major con.... I no longer work for the company so they clearly don't have good biscuits anymore.
