Cons
The people at the top have made many massive mistakes. They have hired awfully arrogant and fake people in positions of power. As a result, junior employees feel ridiculously burdened.
Those incompetent people are misusing their power. They dominate employees and make them work brutally long, exhausting, and stressful hours. Then, they steal the credit for their work.
When something goes wrong, these horrible people are the first to blame their subordinates. It creates a toxic ambiance where employees get hostile feelings. It was an awful mess when I was blamed for something I didn't even do.
