      Pros

      Wonderful team with a very engaging atmosphere. Very easy to reach out to just about anyone at the company. This job was similar to a very junior network engineer but probably closer to Tier 3 support.

      Cons

      This job at the company no longer exists due to half the company being laid off. Benefits could be better with 401k matching. Really wasn't much room for moving up from here without a little luck and more technical skills.

      Work / life balance Unlimited PTO Great people to work alongside Manageable workload

      Cons

      New CEO. Replaced old CEO overnight and changed a lot of things. Went from hybrid 2 days a week in office to fully in office taking away a lot of the flexibility that was great about working for this company. No room for growth really.
