      Great for family time as they allow you to go to school events/games. Great pay scale for supporting a family on single income. Good benefits.

      Cons

      Long days/hours/6days a week. However, offset by giving you time off for family/school events

      Pros

      Lost some really good people. Great customers. The owners should sell the operation before Toyota pulls the plug. Diamond in the rough.

      Cons

      2nd generation owners, Negative culture. Distrust among General Managers of other company stores. Lack of cooperation. You are working in a shark tank. Once you figure out the comp plan you realize you are getting ripped. Lots of spying and backstabbing. Too many employees there who just want to coast. The hard workers wind up leaving. Very high turn-over.
