There is some interesting work to be done and the pay for a junior level developer isn't something to scoff at.
Cons
It is the worst decision you could make for your career if you choose to join up with Rocket Jones early on in your career. In 2014 alone, Rocket Jones cycled through more than six people before I finally got the axe but instead of just saying they couldn't afford me and honouring their promise to provide a good reference, which was what they promised multiple times, they decided to lie to future employers instead.
