      Pros

      Great and intelligent hard-working people. Collaborative work culture and interesting and diverse projects which enable you to learn/utilise varying skills.

      Cons

      Many people (including myself) were often without projects, so we were on the bench for relatively long durations. I also think during the time I was there, Roke were trying to grow far too aggressively (by bringing in countless heads), which again, resulted in too few projects for too many people.

      Interesting, technically engaging work Friendly and approachable colleagues Clear ambition in projects and delivery

      Cons

      Transition from contract to permanent can take some adjustment. Lots of interesting work available, which can make it hard to choose what to get involved in.

      Quite a lot of unnecessary processes, but there is a desire to improve this.
