Pros
Roland is full of like-minded people who are all striving to do their best. There is no one in the company who is not working to make better products and inspire creativity.
Cons
Not so much of a con for the company but more for the industry. The whole Music Industry lacks diversity and while I know Roland Management is actively trying to change that, it's going to take some time.
