Pros

Work from home office which is helpful.

Cons

You are responsible for the majority of the practice, even if you do not have the experience. They hire you knowing you don't have the experience, but then press you on it and make you feel awful when you aren't doing the right things. The trainings are mostly zoom meetings that don't really help a lot and you're expected to remember everything. Coming from an incredibly professional background being told by the person in charge that everyone should contact someone who's only been there 2 weeks is disconcerting. Very difficult environment. The CFO will tell you that you are doing great and then turn around 3 days later and fire you at the drop of a hat.

Pros

Only pro is the position is remote

Cons

Owner has no business degree and the business has been historically registered under multiple names. Assuming it stems from the many employees and clients they burn bridges with. The owner threatens to sue employees and fires under any radical candor. They also will trespass on your property to get their equipment back. So unprofessional. Very toxic environment.
