Trying to do too much, not looking out for staff - 3D Artist Royal Protocol Employee Review

poor organization. It was like some people with money head some other people talk about using blockchain in games and decided they wanted to make one too without any understanding of the process and position requirements to accomplish this goal. On top of this there was pay issues and at the end they told everyone that there was an accounting issue that they were trying to figure out and then 3 days after we were supposed to be paid they terminated everyone over a Telegram message. We are all still missing 3 weeks of pay.
