Pros
You definitely get compensated well for what you do on a daily basis. Economically stable company. If you want job security and like the manufacturing environment, then this is the place for you. Quarterly bonuses that are nothing to sneeze at, and great health benefits. Lots of overtime if you want it and it's time and a half. Raises are every six months and the increments keep increasing over time.
Cons
The promise for advancement is not consistent. What I mean by that is you could be set on a path to move to a higher position and either A) you get the position or B) the position is given to a new hire or someone else. I am not the only person who has dealt with this issue.
