Pros
They are easy to interview with- they hire based on if they like
In case you’re uncertain about your past activities, refer to the timesheet you’re required to complete every 15 minutes during the 9-hour workday. If you forget to fill it out, you’re out of luck, you’ll have to go back and update it.
You can work from home and never have to be with management in person.
Cons
The company's small size results in unqualified family members occupying director roles, leading to issues of dishonesty and deception. Lack of training is evident, followed by ridicule for not being up to speed. The constant micromanagement, outdated SAAS tools, and being held accountable for team mistakes and a faulty customer tool contribute to a challenging work environment. Unfortunately, speaking up risks termination, fostering a culture of everyone over-pretending to be happy at work.
It’s by far the worst job in my 15 year career.
