Nurturing & educating the whole child, with a philosophy of education and core values so profoundly innovative a century ago, they only become more needed and relevant to today's modern world with each passing year. Openings are rare and you may not advance, but that's because, like many other faculty and staff, you may never leave. Could be the job of a lifetime.
Cons
This is not just a job, it's a way of life. You must understand the Waldorf School culture before applying and lean into it once onboard. (This is a con only if the fit is wrong for you)
