3yWe were sorry to hear you felt disappointed in your experience working for RunBuggy. While we do not agree with your statements or claims, we do encourage current and former employees to express their thoughts and feelings in a professional manner. We have a process in place to allow employees to share their feedback, anonymously if they prefer, and encourage an "open door" policy for all management.
We also conduct exit interviews and/or exit surveys to gather additional feedback from our exiting employees and use that information to adjust policies, procedures, or address specific issues.
Furthermore, our management staff takes continuing education courses, specifically on topics that enhance their management and interpersonal skills. This is an important aspect in our commitment to continuous improvement and employee development.
Finally, while you did have an exit interview, if you would like to discuss your concerns further, please reach out to our Human Resources Manager. We want you to feel positive about your time with RunBuggy and look forward to a continued dialogue on your situation.
