Our EOS program was implemented to ensure clarity, alignment, and continuous growth, so it’s disheartening to hear that you did not feel this way.
Regarding the concerns you raised about management and communication, we genuinely believe in addressing feedback directly and creating an open line of communication across all departments. It’s important to us that all of our team members feel heard and valued, and we’re constantly reviewing and adjusting our practices to ensure that everyone is set up for success. We do regret that in your case, this wasn’t effectively communicated, and we’ll certainly take your comments into consideration as we continue to improve our approach.
While we understand that performance metrics and expectations can sometimes be challenging, our goal is always to offer support, coaching, and clear guidance to help team members succeed. We wish we could have done more to help you meet your goals, but we understand that sometimes alignment simply isn’t there, and we respect your efforts during your time with us.
