Pros

The holidays and 3 day weekends are great. You do have the choice to work any of those times if you want to but it may include traveling to work destinations. You have a week off for Christmas, New Years, 4th of July and Thanksgiving.

Cons

Pay is low. They don't give any raises unless you threaten to quit. I was a team lead for 4 years. I started at 12.50 when I asked to start at least 13 which is what I made at my previous job. They told me I could get 13 within 90 days. I never missed a day and they didn't give me the 50 cent raise until 6 months later. Then I never got another raise until a week before I left even after asking them for several months pryor to me leaving. They did give me a 2 dollar raise then but I found another job making more than that so I left anyway.

Pros

You get weekends and holidays off

Cons

-They want you to work full time hours, but won't give you fulltime status. -No health benefits. They give you access to a marketplace which is VERY expensive. -They intentionally schedule you on days you are unavailable to try to weed out anyone without full availability. -They will intentionally give you less hours if they are trying to get rid of you for any reason. -HR will never get back to you. All of the employees dread having to reach out because it is a dead end. -They are inconsistent when it comes to standards. Some teams are held to an incredibly high standard, while other teams get away with subpar work and poor attendance/punctuality. -Constantly having to reach out over and over about the same issues with only promises of help. -They marked me as terminated for "violating company policy", despite never doing so. I have a 2 weeks notice and fulfilled it, so I left on my own terms. I have reached out regarding this and have not heard back from any of my managers or HR. This is illegal and I have not been able to get ahold of anyone. They are doing sneaky things behind the scenes to benefit themselves.
