Pros

It was my first overnight job, the hours felt like a welcoming introduction mixed with the structure of the job being simple and easy to adjust to. I enjoyed the independency and satisfaction at the end of the day. The manager was always understanding and never asked for us to do overtime unless the rare occasion that we had too much work for the amount of people on our team. That was the only downside, but that just means more people should work the job! It kept me in shape and kept me afloat financially. I left due to family circumstances but I would go back if the opportunity arose.

Cons

Just the fact that the team was too small on some days so the workload was too big. Also maybe that the only advancement would be upgrading to supervisor.

Pros

You get weekends and holidays off

Cons

-They want you to work full time hours, but won't give you fulltime status. -No health benefits. They give you access to a marketplace which is VERY expensive. -They intentionally schedule you on days you are unavailable to try to weed out anyone without full availability. -They will intentionally give you less hours if they are trying to get rid of you for any reason. -HR will never get back to you. All of the employees dread having to reach out because it is a dead end. -They are inconsistent when it comes to standards. Some teams are held to an incredibly high standard, while other teams get away with subpar work and poor attendance/punctuality. -Constantly having to reach out over and over about the same issues with only promises of help. -They marked me as terminated for "violating company policy", despite never doing so. I have a 2 weeks notice and fulfilled it, so I left on my own terms. I have reached out regarding this and have not heard back from any of my managers or HR. This is illegal and I have not been able to get ahold of anyone. They are doing sneaky things behind the scenes to benefit themselves.
