      Pros

      Wonderful people to work with, really makes you feel like family (So much so you get overworked and underpaid but feel compelled to at least try)

      Cons

      No room for growth, ever - must leave the company. I had a prestigious degree and they seemed to not need/want it for the position I was in.

      Working with the engineers (Kaveh). Company workout classes every week.

      Good Salary. Good Benefits. Nice people

      Cons

      Disconnect with all departments and employees. Accounting department understaffed for company size and needs better qualified and experienced people. Painful to see so many errors and lost money due to a variety of mistakes in accounting, production and contract fulfillment. Shipping department and Inventory is out of control ! (No control!)
