Pros
Been at the company for 2 years, its a great stepping stone as a junior. I have learned a lot but if you've established your career already, steer clear as this company will put a dirty stain on your resume.
Cons
Salary is low. Benefits are terrible. Management is having problems and there has been a lot of turnover. The COO, VP Sales, VP Finance left for a reason. People leave managers not companies and the dysfunction of the company stems from the CEOs and his inability to make rational decisions. He is far too emotional and I have personally seen him loose his cool on many occasions. The company has not been able to execute from both the product and sales side. The product has no major advancements in the last couple of years and sales numbers have been plummeting at an exponential rate. Too many Blackberry hires and new management are slowing the company's growth. Many are questioning the stability of the company especially with the departure the COO.
