senior management of this company has always been overrun with incompetence, laziness, nepotism and straight up corruption. The previous ceo had substance abuse and rage issues and the current interim ceo and his management team are inexperienced amateurs (which many of the big customers have already noticed). The board has no capability to help or guide the company, they have no clue about the business landscape or whats going on in the company and how poorly its run. Technically the company used to be ok though nowadays most of the products and their RD teams are overpriced poor quality legacy junk. now money is running out and new revenue is not coming in fast enough so we have to see some big moves very soon
