Great Benefits, some flexibility, laid back environment

Don't really care about it employees! Need better leadership

Company vehicle, good insurance, outside sales (not sitting in an office), 401K plan, some compenstion for cell phone

Very inexpereinced upper mangement for the OTP category. People hired based on who they know rather than what they know. Needs a good work plan, but more so, needs to start by learning what a work plan is. No productive direction. Totally different from the industry norm.
