Top management don't know what is going on in Offshore Office. they blindly believe and involve Office boy in discussion making process. they hire employees and terminate without any cause because the management doesn't have planning no grip on client. they don't pay salary in time 10th or 15th every month salary credit date. Hire and terminate is the formula of stlogics irrespective of your job performance. if you are super performer then you will awarded with termination letter, if you are non performer you will forced to resign from company.
