      Pros

      It’s a good place to gain experience and develop an eye for detail and highly regulated processes. Plenty of work to do.

      Cons

      High employee turnover and low pay. Catty and vindictive old-timers made plenty of people miserable. Witnessed many people being walked out by management *or* people walking out with no notice.

      Pros

      Family oriented, flexible, 75% health ins. Paid, Christmas bonuses, immediately get 72 hour of vacation time, almost every other Friday off when you work 9 hour shifts, health insurance after 90 days.

      Cons

      I have nothing negative to say. They were fantastic to work for. The only reason I left was because I had a baby.
